We work with you to finalize layouts, materials, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. This stage ensures every detail is chosen intentionally so your final price is accurate, transparent, and fixed.

Final Pricing & Fixed‑Price Contract
Once design and selections are complete, we prepare a detailed, fixed‑price quote and project schedule. We review everything together, answer questions, and finalize the construction contract with full clarity.
